Normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by your dog's play or chewing, is expected and is not covered under this guarantee. For your dog's safety and to extend product life, we always recommend supervised use.

Dog Toys

All dog toys experience wear over time. Chew marks, scratches, and small material loss are considered normal and are not covered under our guarantee. If your dog is able to break off large pieces, the toy should be removed immediately.

Slow Feeders & Lick Mats

Our slow feeders and lick mats are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. These products are designed for feeding and enrichment — not for chewing — and are not warrantied against damage caused by chewing or destruction. Dogs should always be supervised while using these items.
